Chocolate Peanut Berry Protein Shake (One Serving) submitted by: Jimmy L Take a handful of ice cubs and crush them in the blender. Add about a cup of Silk chocolate soy milk (a little more to thin it out or less to make it thicker). Add approximately 1 tablespoon of Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. Add 1 scoop of EAS Premium Chocolate Protein (any protein powder will do). Add 1/2 cup of frozen raspberry's. Blend for approximately :30 seconds. Enjoy! This is about 350 calories. I sometimes drink it as a recovery drink after a workout. Do not overdo it with the peanut butter, One tablespoon is about 95 calories. |
SMOOTHIE submitted by: Karen L. 1 cup fat free plain yogurt 1/2 cup skim milk 1 cup frozen strawberries or whatever berries you like 1 tbsp peanut-butter 6 ice cubes Blend together and enjoy, blend ice cubes first then add remainder of ingredients. Makes 2 8 oz cups |
