York. Mike Codella earned his black belt under Renzo Gracie and he
runs a top notch facility. Primal Fitness L.L.C. highly recommend's
it to anyone interested in training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Primal Fitness L.L.C. understands the importance of a healthy body
and mind. That is why we recommend this resource for anyone who may
be feeling the psychological effects of 911 or a military activation.

handled in a anonymous, professional manner.
Walter P. Kelly Team 58
Walter Kelly was a good friend who lost his life in a tragic
accident. He was a man of character who is greatly missed by his
family and friends. Walter's brother, Mike, started Team 58 to honor
him. Team 58 competes in the Pepper Martin road race in memory of
Walter. Mike Kelly trains with us at Primal Fitness. It would be
great if some of us can run with Team 58 this year in a show of
