I am not in a regular exercise program, will I be able to take this
class?
Absolutely! You would start at the stability level for all movements.
A high emphasis would be placed on the quality of your movements while
we build your strength and endurance.
What do I need to bring to class?
It would be beneficial to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water
bottle, a small towel, and a positive mental attitude.
How do I go about registering for a class?
Classes run on an open schedule. You would need to contact us via our
website and we will make arrangements for a start date.
What will a typical class consist of?
Class will consist of a five minute active warm up. This will be
followed by approximately a forty minute workout. The remaining time
will be devoted to cool down consisting of a yoga sequence.
