Low-fat Mozzarella Egg Beaters Omelet

Heat a omelet pan on medium/low heat
Spray with Pam cooking spray
Add a 1/2 cup of Egg Beater's and 1/4 cup of Skim Mozzarella cheese
Will cook fast so keep an eye on it and turn as needed.
Toast 1 slice of Stone Ground Wheat bread
Spread a little Brummel and Brown spread and 1 tablespoon of jelly
Enjoy!
About 320 calories, good amount of protein. I like using Egg Beater's
because it speeds up prep time. Can have this made in about 7 minutes.
Brummel and Brown spread is a good butter substitute
Cheese Omelette

2 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 dollops of goat cheese or cream cheese
